I don't like haircuts...

Ozzie and I got a haircut today. It has been a habit that we get our haircut at the same time. It's really sweet.

We sat side by side to get our hair cut.

I really don't like haircuts, to be honest. I don't like anything drastic to be done to my hair. Just a simple trim or a safe hairstyle would do.

When I got there I didn't know what hairstyle I would get so I asked for a magazine. They gave me a few ang I picked one I liked. It's just a simple cut, just straight but with long bangs on the side.
The girl who cut my hair was the girl who cut my hair before, and I hated it. She didn't follow the cut I wanted.

Anyway, we proceeded with the haircut. Usually, when I get my hair cut and they're cutting my hair too short I feel anxious. I really fear haircuts... this has been true eversince highscool, when I got a really awful haircut. I looked like a mushroom. I couldn't tie my hair because it was too short, I couldn't clip it because it was too shaggy. I couldn't do anything about it but just let it look so awful. Enough with the dreadful flashbacks...

The initial cut was fine. She just cut a few inches from my hair. I felt safe.

After blowdrying my hair, I actually liked the cut, just a simple one. When the haircut lady was doing the layers of my hair, I couldn't do anything but be shocked, since she already cut it. The layers were too high!! I couldn't say stop... because then the layers would be weird and uneven. I trusted her, but all throughi=out the haircut I felt butterflies in my tummy. I was nervous.

Well, the final result? I don't like my hair.

Remember the scene in Charlie's Angels where Drew Barrymore was a punk? My hair looked like hers. It's so weird. I look like a punk.

I'm just hoping that later, when I wash my hair it wouldn't look so bad.

I wasn't safe after all...
